What makes a strong pitch

Start with one clear question or observation and explain what a reader will understand by the end. Include the proposed angle, why it fits United Style Review, the format you have in mind and any sources or visual material the piece would need. We favour specific subjects that stand on their own without unsupported claims or product promotion.

What to send

Send a short proposal through the Contact page, selecting the editorial option. A finished article is not required for a first approach. Please mention any relevant commercial connection and do not include sensitive personal information.

Review and publication

A proposal is not a promise of publication. We may suggest a narrower focus or edits, and we agree terms and labelling before accepting commissioned or partner-funded work. We do not accept material that disguises advertising as independent editorial.
